June 2014 Events

Join us every Friday from 7-9 pm for open house! The gallery is open so come see local artists and other displays in our unique historic building!

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-8:30 pm is Karate. There are three levels.

Thursday, 19 June 2014:

United Day of Caring, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Again this month we plan to focus on our perennial rain garden. Stop by on Fridays from 7-9 pm to learn about our garden or help out!

Tuesday, 6 May 2014:

Give Local DeKalb County - givelocaldekalbcounty.org is a national event with local impact. We are joining hundreds of communities across the county in a one-day on-line giving challenge on May 6 to raise funds for local causes.

Between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, donors from around the world can log on to givelocaldekalbcounty.org/#npo/dekalb-area-womens-center and make a donation to DeKalb Area Women’s Center. A minimum donation is $25 and must be made online with a credit card. Donations will be amplified with $20,000 matching funds from the DeKalb County Community Foundation distributed proportionately based upon donations per DeKalb County organization.
